Celestial Terrace

An enticing selection of menus is available in a number of intimate hillside and beachside locations and also, you can pre-book private dining arrangements at the water's edge on Anse Chastanet beach or in our spa cottage Kai Mer overlooking the Caribbean. Whether you fancy fine tropical Caribbean Cuisine, exotic Creole flavors, or simple grilled fare, you will find it available and more. Our culinary options also include our St. Lucia- East Indian menu titled Apsara, a wholly vegetarian restaurant called Emerald's and last not least our Jungle Grill for day time laid back dining on our second beach Anse Mamin. And of course, all of our kitchen receive organic produce from our resort farm Emerald's in the Soufriere hills. In addition, guests staying at Jade Mountain can dine at the Jade Mountain Club. This small, intimate open air restaurant caters exclusively to guests stay at Jade Mountain. Only one table per night is available for non-resident guests and of course, Anse Chastanet guests are given preference (surcharge applies).

Caribbean Fine Dining
Dine in our two open air treehouses overlooking lush tropical foliage and the Caribbean Sea. Celebrating award winning Tropical World Cuisine - a blend of Caribbean with other tropical world cuisine experiences. The dinner menu changes daily and is served in a romantic candlelit ambiance, surrounded by beautiful original artworks. Breakfast is served here daily and dinner is served daily with the exception of Tuesdays.

Emerald Restaurant

Vegetarian Cuisine
ANSE CHASTANET menus always include vegetarian options and our culinary team is also happy to meet any other dietary requirements. In addition, we serve our Emerald's dinner menu which is entirely vegetarian, showcasing the organic produce grown on our resort farm Emerald Estate in the Soufriere hills. We only use certified organic seeds. Dinner is served daily with the exception of Tuesdays.

Trou Au Diable

Beach Restaurant
The Trou au Diable Restaurant is located right on the Anse Chastanet beach. Here we serve lunch daily. The lunch menu offers a wide and varied choice of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, burgers and Caribbean and Creole specialities. On Tuesday evenings, all guests enjoy a special Caribbean culinary evening in the Trou au Diable Restaurant, which commences with a cocktail reception at 6:30 p.m. The atmosphere is festive with the entire stretch of beach in front of the restaurant lit up by flambeau candles.

Apsara

Apsara at Anse Chastanet

The Trou au Diable restaurant offers a special Indian theme menu titled APSARA on all evenings except Tuesday. APSARA is an innovative fusion of modern East Indian and Caribbean cooking, a celebration of St. Lucia historical and cultural ties with East India.

Beach Grill

On all evenings except Tuesdays, we serve a beach grill menu in the beach bar giving our guests the option to enjoy light grilled fare near the water's edge in a casual setting.

Jungle Grill

The Jungle Beach Bar & Grill, located on our second beach of Anse Mamin, is open from 10 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily except Saturday with lunch served from noon to 3:00. The relaxed and laid back atmosphere on this exotic soft sand beach makes the Jungle Grill a favourite with many of our resort guests.

Jade Mountain Club

Jade Mountain Club Restaurant

An intimate, open air space, the Jade Mountain Club is the exclusive restaurant fpor our Jade Mountain guests. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Anse Chastanet guests can make lunch reservations and at a surcharge, dinner reservations, but only one table per night is available for non-resident guests. On top of Jade Mountain Club is the amazing Celestial Terrace, a great plcae for sunset cocktails or star gazing. The Celestial Terrace is an excellent location for private celebrations but limitations apply in regard to size of group and also musical repertoire.

Dining for Wedding Groups

The majority of our wedding groups of 12 guests or more choose to book a private dining space or one of our restaurants exclusively. In this case please read our section on PRIVATE DINING below.

If your wedding party consists of 12 guests or less, you also have the option to NOT book a restaurant exclusively and have a table reserved in one of our restaurants to dine from our regular menu of the day.

Private Dining

If your group consists of 12 or more guests, you have the option of reserving a private dining space or one of our restaurants on an exclusive basis. In this case, surcharges apply to cover set up and extra staffing needs. Additional charges may apply for elaborate decorations, table flowers etc.

Your private dining menu can be designed for you especially by our Executive Chef. In our section titled groups you will find some wedding menu suggestions.

Cocktail Parties

If you wish to arrange for a cocktail party after the wedding ceremony or at any other time during your stay, please take note of the three choices of beverage set ups on offer. Naturally, if you have other requests, please feel free to share them with us as we certainly will try to accommodate you.

Our beverage set up comes with a small assortment of basic snacks such as nuts, plantain chips, roasted coconut and cheese sticks. Should you wish for a more elaborate assortments of snacks prepared for your party, please choose from the downloadable menu choices.

Private Dining Experiences

Beach Dinner

Why not pre-book a surprise private, romantic candlelight dinner at the water's edge on our Anse Chastanet beach or in our cliff side cabana "Kai Mer"? Alternatively, if a private tent on Anse Chastanet beach is still not private enough for you, then please let us arrange for you the Ultimate Castaway Dinner on our second beach of Anse Mamin.

Sunset Celebrations

Enjoy a selection of canapes with wine or champagne on your balcony at sunset.

Cooking Classes

Join our Executive Chef on his once weekly harvesting excursion to our organic farm Emerald's. Included in this visit is an interactive cooking class orjoin one of our Chefs in the Anse Chastanet kitchen for a gourmet dining cooking class with wine pairing.

Bars

Piton Bar at Anse Chastanet

The two bars - Piti Piton Bar, the Treehouse Restarant and the Trou au Diable beach restaurant are open daily and offer a wide selection of tropical cocktails, beers, liquor including also fine malt whiskeys, eau-de-vies and after dinner drinks. Why not start your vacation with a STAIRWAY TO HEAVEN or how about a CARIBBEAN KISS!

Afternoon Tea

Afternoon tea is served from 3:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. daily in the Piton Bar, and an afternoon snack menu is also available at that time in both the Piton and Beach Bar.

Dress Code

Our dress code in the evenings is smart casual. Gentlemen usually wear collared shirts and bermuda shorts or trousers in the evenings. Light cotton or linen clothing is the most comfortable. At lunch, we request dry clothing in the beach restaurant and a light cover up.
