Wedding Locations

There is no "dedicated" wedding chapel at ANSE CHASTANET. Instead, we encourage the bride and groom to choose their own "very special location." While some couples prefer to decide on the exact location prior to arrival, you can also wait with your final decision until you have actually arrived and had a look around.

ANSE CHASTANET RESORT is nestled amidst its own 600 acre estate and there certainly are plenty locations to choose from.

The Treehouse The Treehouse is located at mid - level hillside. As the name suggests, it is an open style structure, clinging on the steep cliffs, surrounded by treetops and overlooking the north end of Anse Chastanet beach and the Caribbean Sea. Airy and cool, a good private location for bride and groom travelling alone or with a wedding party up to 20 guests.	Anse Chastanet Beach The 1/4 mile Anse Chastanet beach, with its gently rolling waves in the background, has several good spots to offer for a ceremony both for couples travelling alone or with a group of friends and relatives.	Premium & Hillside Deluxe Rooms These rooms are very spacious and have beautiful views of the ocean and /or the Pitons. By virtue of their design, couple staying in these room categories sometimes choose them as wedding location, especially if they wish to have a very private, quiet ceremony.

Anse Mamin Beach The Anse Mamin beach is accessible only by the Resort Watertaxi, and this location therefore adds a dash of "adventure" to the proceedings. Once guests, registrar and groom have arrived and are ready to proceed, the bride will arrive by water taxi where she will be (hopefully) swept off her feet by her groom. Suitable location for small and large groups.	Anse Mamin Historical Plantation Surrounded by lush green tropical foliage, the historical ruins of ANSE MAMIN provide a unique and romantic backdrop for any wedding ceremony. Very popular is the wedding set up next to our Stairway to Heaven. Wedding couple and participating friends would all arrive by boat. Surcharge applies	Kai Mer Cottage Perched high above the coral reefs on the south end of Anse Chastanet beach, Kai Mer is an intimate choice for a panoramic ocean view location.

	Weddings Away From the Resort Botanical Gardens & "Diamond Mineral Baths" The island's nicest botanical garden is part of the historical Diamond Mineral Baths which long ago were already enjoyed by the troops of the French King Louis VI. In the heart of the formal gardens, a wedding gazebo has been erected which is available for wedding ceremonies in the late afternoon. The Touraille Waterfall This location is about 25 minutes away from the Resort and can be reached by landtaxi. We usually recommend this location to wedding couples travelling alone or only with a small group. Surcharges apply for locations off property and underwater. Weddings Off and Under For the truly adventurous certified diver, the Resort can arrange a wedding ceremony under water. It must be noted that the FORMAL part of the ceremony will take place above water, on the water's edge , prior to the couple diving off to repeat their vows under water, using both slades and underwater sign language. The sequence can also be done in the reverse if you prefer to say the formal above water vows dripping wet.... Surcharge applies.	Weddings Off Shore Anse Chastanet has a of boats which can be rented and used for the wedding ceremony, witnumberh the Resort and Piton mountains becoming the scenic backdrop. Suitable for smaller wedding groups.	Exclusive Jade Mountain Locations In addition to the ANSE CHASTANET wedding locations, guests staying at JADE MOUNTAIN can get married on the Celestial Terrace or in their infinity pool sanctuary.
